Auto-Flush Walkway Footbath — keeping your herd in motion with an Automatic Cow Footbath.
A cost efficient Automatic Cow Footbath reduces labour costs and contact with the chemical. The integral program enables the user to set up the bath to automatically fill, dose, flush and replenish. This overcomes the risk of poorly maintained footbaths spreading disease from cow to cow. Reducing the incidences of lameness will have a positive impact on your bottom line.
The Auto-Flush Walkway is manufactured from heavy duty, non-corrosive stainless steel, and fitted with our non-slip flooring for animal safety and increased cow through-put.
Simple touch screen controls gives the operator the choice to fill, empty or flush the bath.
In ‘Automatic’ mode, the bath can automatically empty after a set number of cows have passed through the Auto-Flush walkway. The system will then start the flush sequence and refill ready for the next batch.

How effective is your current footbath? By the time half the stock are through, do you consider it to be contaminated and therefore largely ineffective?
With our unique (Patent Pending) Jetting & Filtering system coupled with a Robust Chemical Resistant Stainless Steel construction we have a positive answer to these questions.
The Pump & Jetting system delivers flushing liquid from each end of the foot bath exiting in the centre. This liquid including the contaminants exit the treatment zone and drops onto the filter area leaving the dung and bedding material on top of the mesh. The filtered liquid is then returned to the tank to be recirculated.
1. The pumped liquid drives through between the claws cleaning more thoroughly the inter-digital space.
2. Contaminants are quickly and effectively flushed away denying them the opportunity to dissolve in the chemical mix.
3. The debris being removed means the chemical mix remains more effective, therefore a better result for your flock and reduced chemical used means less expense and less environmental impact on your farm.

These motors are powered off by the onboard battery which allows the Crush to be used without the presence of mains electricity, ideal for out-farms. Capable of 35+ cows from a single charge, this Crush offers a level of flexibility over its competitors. The Cowcare Electric Foot-Trimming Crush has an in-built battery charger which couples to the mains through a simple 13amp plug.
